We had a very dirty renter and after they moved out Marc cleaned the carpets. He was very responsive and helpful to make sure the job was done correctly. He was helpful and responsive pre and post-sale. As we are out of town, Marc helped with some odd issues that came up beyond just carpet cleaning, which was a big help to us. He made a return trip to ensure the job was completed to our expectations. The carpet cleaning was done very well and although the carpet was stained, most of it came out. We highly recommend Marc at Steam Plus.
